Acorns is seeking Customer Support to build and maintain customers’ trust in Acorns as a revolutionary investing service.

Through your product know-how and brilliant customer service, you’ll help our users navigate through timely technical resolutions, product features, and best practices.

Job Description:

Provide exceptional customer service as the point of user contact for all inquires, concerns, and product requests via phone and email
Educate and assist new Acorns customers through onboarding and account approval process
Research and troubleshoot technical issues by reporting bugs and feature requests
Ensure complete customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a thoughtful and efficient manner
Identify and escalate customer and product issues appropriately
Cultivate and retain relationships with our customers through the delivery of personalized service
Job Requirements:

BA/BS degree required
0-2 years of account management/customer service experience
A passion for Acorns and a desire to share that enthusiasm and knowledge with customers
Strong relationship building skills with a commitment to service and delivery
Ability to work independently and effectively
Masterful problem solving skills – identifying customer need and providing thoughtful solutions
Exceptional customer-focused instincts with the ability to prioritize and escalate issues
High degree of professionalism and poise
Meticulous to a fault with a proven ability to multi- task
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Must be available to work 40 hours per week, with flexible hours including nights and weekends
Spanish proficiency a plus
