This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days.

Redfin is revolutionizing the $75 billion real estate industry. We use data, beautiful software, and innovative design to put customers first at every step in the home-buying, selling, and renting process.

We’re evolving how we monetize our site. Traditionally reliant on programmatic ads, we’re shifting toward native, integrated experiences that help users solve real problems, from finding a mover to shopping for insurance to booking a home repair. These experiences connect homebuyers and homeowners with top-tier partners directly within Redfin’s platform.

We’re looking for a strategic and user-obsessed Senior Product Manager II to lead this transformation. You’ll define how Redfin connects users with trusted services like movers, insurers, and home repair pros through seamless, native experiences. Your work will make Redfin more helpful at every step of the customer journey while unlocking high-margin revenue through integrations that feel intuitive, not interruptive. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on Redfin’s profitability. You’ll work closely with a business leader and their team to identify new opportunities, close the right partnerships, and bring those integrations to life.

The Role

  • Lead product strategy for native monetization experiences across the Redfin platform.
  • Partner with business development to evaluate new industries (insurance, moving, home services, etc.) and structure win-win integrations.
  • Translate business opportunities into compelling product experiences that are deeply useful to our users.
  • Own the roadmap and execution across cross-functional teams of engineering, design, analytics, and marketing.
  • Drive decisions through a strong mix of data, user empathy, and product judgment.
  • Define and track key metrics that reflect both user success and business performance.
  • Influence at all levels, from frontline teams to C-suite stakeholders, to champion your vision.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: 6+ years of product management, with a track record of building and shipping successful consumer products. Experience with external partnerships is a plus.
  • Strategic: You balance user value with business value, and can guide others through complex trade-offs.
  • Customer-Centric: You deeply understand user pain points and design with empathy.
  • Business-Minded: You’ve worked closely with business stakeholders to drive revenue while staying true to the customer experience.
  • Analytical: You’re comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and making decisions in ambiguity.
  • Communicative: You’re a clear, concise storyteller who can bring others along for the ride, from engineers to executives.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation with a salary, bonuses, and stock grants
  • Generous benefits, including three weeks of paid vacation, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and fully paid family leave
  • Amazingly smart and fun teammates, and a management team invested in your growth and success
  • A great work environment with free food and snacks, happy hours, game nights and hackathons

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.

Base Pay Range: $156,200.00 - 234,000.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include bonuses and equity.

We offer a generous benefits package including flexible vacation that supports the importance of time away from work for rest and relaxation, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, sick leave (accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked), medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits, flexible spending account, health savings account, life and disability insurance, fertility benefits, Employee Assistance Programs, and 401(k) employer match.
