The Excalibur Program has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Contracts in the Precision Fires & Maneuver (PF&M) portfolio within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Business Unit. In this job, you will be responsible for supporting and administering Engineering Services contracts and assist the Contracts Manager on the Production contract. The portfolio will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Type and Firm Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF) contracts.

What You Will Do

  • Support all phases of Contracts execution
  • Review and analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFP)
  • Development, review and coordination of proposals
  • Negotiations and Contractual agreements
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Lead, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Proposal Manager, Business/Estimating and Supply Chain
  • Support program management and execution reviews
  • Examine and understand cost structure estimates of labor, material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify, mitigate, and drive the resolution of contractual issues as they may arise
  • Other general contract administration responsibilities
  • Travel to customer and Raytheon sites (Approximately 4 times per year)

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience with Contracts administration, Legal, Supply Chain or Finance
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, or PowerPoint)

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Familiarity or basic education on U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS) and related government regulations
  • Knowledge of Government Property controls
  • Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales, Offsets and Export/Import control
  • Aptitude to support the review RFPs, proposals and contractual documents for contractual requirements and risks, proposal and contract negotiations and ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and company policies and standards
  • Proven record of responsiveness with strong time management and organization skills

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
