The Opportunity:

As a Global Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) Intelligence Producer/User Interface SME you will have the opportunity to coordinate dissemination and sharing of information between combatant commands, mission partners, Five Eye nations, and the Global IBS Support Center (GIBSSC) to ensure maximum benefit from actionable perishable intelligence and operational data supporting global national security operations. The ideal candidate will have unparalleled written and verbal communication skills, basic knowledge of multiple intelligence disciplines, and understanding of partner nation missions. The ability to gather, coalesce, and synthesize complex data to an easily understandable product that conveys policy, priority, and end goal is key in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to GIBSSC Director and Deputy
  • Coordinate testing activities to enhance process efficiency and optimize system performance
  • Oversee resource management, ensuring availability of tools, equipment, and personnel necessary for GIBSSC operations
  • Support training and development efforts, working with Enterprise curriculum developer and trainers to execute sessions focusing on IBS system advancements
  • Analyze operational data, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide insights to inform IBS decision-makers
  • Identify process inefficiencies, recommend workflow improvements, and implement strategies to enhance GIBBSC operational effectiveness
  • Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies and security protocols through maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Act as key support for annual IBS Symposium attended by 200+ personnel from five partner nations

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance •
  • 5 years’ experience working with multi-national organizations
  • 2 years’ experience in resource management including GFE, supply chain processes, logistics, and resource allocation
  • Experience with supporting multiple types of intelligence derived from signals, electronics, instruments, and images
  • Basic technical knowledge and understanding of networks, datalinks, hardware and software as presented in reports, metrics, and system change documents
  • Expertise in MS Office products: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams expertise is a must

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field
  • PMP or ITIL certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
