Main tasks:

• Inbound Operations: Verify PO/ASN and coordinate with relevant parties if discrepancies arise.
• Check warehouse capacity and arrange bookings for customers. Review and confirm CI/PL with factories and brokers; prepare documents for stamping.
• Reconcile stock data between WMS, customs, and customer systems.
• Outbound Operations: Process sales orders, consolidate, and run packing waves. --Send packing reports to customers (shortage/overage/damage).
• Track and update booking and packing list for forwarders.
• Plan transportation and update outbound schedules.
• Report and resolve system/data issues as instructed.
• Follow SOPs and respond to customer feedback with supervisor support. Participate in new project setups and process development.
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Location: Candidates living in Binh Duong or other areas but willing to relocate for work convenience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting, Administration, or Supply Chain).
• Experience: At least 1 year in planning, admin, or related roles.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. English communication (verbal & written).
• Detail-oriented and logical thinking.
