Overview (English)

We are SodaStream’s fast-growing global E-commerce team, specializing in direct-to-consumer (DTC) products. Our mission is to create engaging and high-performing digital experiences that drive customer engagement and sales. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Digital Marketing Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced creative team and help shape the visual identity of our brand across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset, a keen eye for design, and a willingness to learn and grow. You'll be comfortable taking on design challenges and collaborating with different teams. Knowledge of motion design is a plus, and an eagerness to explore various media formats is highly valued.

Responsibilities (English)

  • Create visually compelling assets for performance marketing campaigns, website banners, social media, email marketing, landing pages and digital ads.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams, product teams and SodaStream markets and external studios & vendors to develop creative assets that align with brand and sales objectives.
  • Design high-converting advertisements for paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and more.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize creative performance.
  • Collaborate on A/B testing of creatives to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in E-commerce and performance marketing.
  • Provide creative solutions to support product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.

Qualifications (English)

  • 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or marketing design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, After Effects.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and how to design for high-performing ads and engagement.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in digital design, branding, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communicator and a team player.
