In this role, you will assist with a variety of HR administrative tasks and projects, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.   1. Onboarding and Offboarding
    • Enter new hire paperwork and documentation
    • Process exit paperwork
  2. Employee Records Management
    • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
    • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
    • Track attendance, leave, and other employee data
  3. HR Administration
    • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
    • Support performance review processes
    • Help enforce company policies and procedures
  4. Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
