Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager, People Function Continuous Improvement to play a strategic role in transforming HR service delivery within a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment. The role is focused on driving efficiencies and innovation in HR processes, optimizing the use of Workday and ServiceNow and other HR systems, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption. Working closely with cross-functional teams within HR including other business services functions such as Technology, Finance, and others.
The role will introduce sustainable improvements that elevate employee experience and support the Firm’s global people strategy.
