The whole chain, since the product hits the web until the gamechanger unboxes their new kicks and uploads a video-review, will be under your domain. Not enough? All the operational, Marketing and Commercial/Content processes will be your field and were looking for a partner who isn´t afraid to lead it. Let us know if youre prepared to deliver world class KPIs as a consequence of your relationship with tech, logistics, customer service and merchandise areas. Youll manage an annual budget and responsibilities seeking to contribute to the regional E-COMM strategy, an amazing and challenging adventure, maximizing ROI, managing a healthy inventory and having a good time.

Knowledge, skills & abilities

  • Fluent in English
  • College education
  • 3-5 years of experience managing some or all the key business functions described above in an ecommerce, direct marketing or multi-channel retail environment.
  • Understanding of business process management concepts and techniques, including process design, mapping, cost analysis, and re-engineering.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and focused on quality control and execution efficiency
  • Mainly regional travel to be expected
