Project Manager - Conversions

What does a successful Product Manager - Conversions do at Fiserv?

You will manage and deploy a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and product operations associates to ensure restaurant operators have exceptional experience with BentoBox products. This is a high-impact role that will significantly influence our ability to deliver value to restaurants and involves partnership and stakeholder management throughout Fiserv.

What you will do:

• Shape and define the product’s roadmap through fact-based decision-making.
• Track and communicate product plans, trade-offs, and results to a wide range of audiences.
• Drive customer research to identify pain points and collect usability feedback.
• Make smart decisions based on product metrics and data.
• Collaborate with product design to prototype and test new user experiences.
• Lead agile development ceremonies with your embedded and dedicated engineering and product design teams.
• Coordinate with product operations and product marketing to launch products and measure their effectiveness.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 6+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of a proven track record of successfully managing and shipping software solutions, including the product development lifecycle, value propositions, objectives, and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end go-to-market strategy.
• 3+ years of experience in building and launching products that leverage machine learning (ML) and/or artificial intelligence (AI).
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing reporting, primarily building impactful dashboards, insights, and benchmarking.
• 3+ years of expertise in digital KPIs and analytics tools such as Metabase, Looker, and Mixpanel.
• Fiserv systems experience.

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
