About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Head of Portals to lead the
global implementation and support of our client-facing portals. This role is pivotal in
ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and ongoing support for clients across our
digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise and
business acumen, with a proven track record in managing distributed teams and
delivering projects using the SAFe Agile methodology.
