Building on the Wavin iConnect platform this role will drive innovation and growth for smart and digital solutions that deliver on our customer promises of comfort, sustainability, and energy efficiency, so that we can make an impact every day.

About the Role

As the Product Manager Digital Solutions , you will be the driving force behind our innovative smart building solutions, helping us bridge the gap between traditional water and energy management systems and the next generation of smart, connected solutions.

You'll be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of digital solutions in the Building space. By working closely with cross-functional teams in product management, engineering, business development and marketing you will bring your product visions to life.

What You'll Do

  • Be the Global Product Manager - Digital Solutions for Wavin’s Indoor Climate and Building market segments.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Conduct market research, analyze user needs, and translate those insights into detailed product specifications and use cases.
  • Shape the Digital Future: For Sentio and our new smart building offerings, you will define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Orbia B&I’s business goals.
  • Drive new innovations in smart, sustainable water management solutions in buildings
  • Lead with Passion and Purpose: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, guiding the development team towards delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation across software, firmware, and application engineers.
  • Drive Success: Monitor and analyze product performance, grow our install base to +100k systems, stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies in the IoT and smart home space.

What You'll Bring

  • Skills to manage complex software products and bring them to market.
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork, paired with a leadership mindset.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and building consensus across diverse groups.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software product management, with a focus on smart home products and services (HVAC products a plus).
  • Technical proficiency, familiar with agile methodologies, cloud and IoT technologies, and software development processes.
