What you'll be doing

• ITSM system ( BMC Remedy/ ServiceNow) administration and development in order to meet evolving business needs;
• Follow the service management processes;
• Collect and analyze monitoring data about the accessibility and efficiency of all IT resources and processes, subject to/included in the monitoring systems;
• Monitoring development of real-time monitors for availability, performance and capacity of the Bank services;
• Develop custom monitors through different technologies like PowerShell, Python, and etc;
• Take part in the planning, realization and implementation of projects and tasks concerning the area of competence.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant;
• 1+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Application support, Dev Ops engineer or similar role;
• Experience with the administration of BMC Remedy and/or ServiceNow;
• Experience with Rest and Soap web services;
• Experience with technologies such as PowerShell/ Python will be considered as advantage;
• Experience with CMDB, Application Performance Management and Site Scope applications;
• Experience of development on monitoring solutions through Vugen (end user monitors) will be considered as advantage;
• Result oriented team player.
