Job Description

Embedded Engineering assistant Manager for EPIC 2.0 Avionics products leading the Integrated Flight Deck Systems (IFS) Systems and Software development. This role is also responsible for EPIC Tools Group

Develop, mentor and inspire engineers who work to develop innovative products and technologies. Influence & challenge engineer teams to effectively solve complex engineering problems.

Build and guide highly talented engineering teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

Responsibilities

This role will be primarily responsible for

Qualifications

Skill Requirement

  • Bachelors / Masters in CS / ECE / Avionics engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working across various application areas supporting avionics functions
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading Project Teams
  • Working experience and knowledge in Aircraft System Integration is preferred.
  • Experience working in Requirements, design, coding software development and reviews
  • Expertise working with Aero Standards ARP 4754, DO178B
  • Good leadership Skill to drive team with global mind set
  • Ability to work with different technologies available from tools & automation
  • Ability to work with various platform of test stations and standardize
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present business case and justification for team growth and source of funds
  • Passion to explore opportunities and solutions
