We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Deputy Chief Security Officer to lead our organization's information security strategy and drive groundbreaking solutions for safeguarding our digital assets. The ideal candidate will be someone with consistent record in defining and implementing robust cybersecurity programs.

Responsibilities:

1. **Strategic Leadership:**

  • Develop and implement the organization's information security strategy with a keen focus on innovation and ground breaking solutions.
  • Provide transformational leadership to establish and maintain a comprehensive security program, integrating innovative approaches to address evolving threats.
  • Work with cross organization leadership to develop a risk-based strategy. 

2. **Risk Management:**

  • Identify and assess potential security risks, ensuring the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Regularly evaluate the security posture of the organization and adapt strategies with a forward-thinking approach.
  • Encourage and develop a security first mentality across the organization 

3. **Policy and Compliance:**

  • Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures, incorporating innovative measures to stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Keep abreast of evolving cybersecurity laws and standards, adjusting policies with a proactive and innovative approach.

4. **Security Architecture:**

  • Lead all aspects of the design and implementation of a resilient and scalable security architecture, using innovative technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with IT and other groups to integrate ground breaking security measures into the overall infrastructure, including Operational Technology (OT) environments.

5. **Vendor Management:**

  • Evaluate and maintain relationships with external security vendors and service providers, exploring innovative solutions to improve overall security.
  • Ensure third-party security assessments incorporate innovative approaches to validate the security posture of external partners.

6. **Continuous Improvement and Innovation:**

  • Monitor emerging threats and technologies to proactively improve the organization's security posture, emphasizing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Regularly review and update security policies and procedures with an innovative attitude to reflect evolving risks and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Shown experience as a Cyber Security Leader or in a senior information security role.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with a focus on innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in manufacturing, semiconductor, and OT security, demonstrating a deep understanding of challenges within these industries.
  • Executive presence and experience working with boards, showcasing the ability to communicate optimally with executive leadership and board members.
