This Position reports to:

Service Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Work in global environment with worldwide ABB internal teams.
• Manage and support upgrade projects on time delivery to worldwide.
• Create BOL quotations and support local teams to place UPI BOL order successfully.
• Good cooperation with internal teams, such as PDP production, logistics and front-end teams.
• Work for order handling process and documents to ensure all order deliveries are received smoothly.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrics & Mechanics, Mechanics or related major

2. 2+ years project management experience

3. Fluent in Mandarin and English (both oral and writing) - must

4. Good interpersonal communications skill

5. A good team player

6. Good computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (special in Excel)

7. Available working under time pressure
