A day in the life

The Project Coordinator, Investment Services will play an essential role in supporting the execution of commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Working alongside a dynamic 10-person team in Denver, CO, this role manages document flow, coordinates with internal teams and external parties and ensures that key deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the collection and distribution of due diligence materials for acquisitions, dispositions, and loan transactions.
  • Assist in reviewing leases and rent rolls; help prepare estoppels and SNDA agreements.
  • Utilize systems such as Yardi, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft to gather data and create property and tenant reports.
  • Maintain internal checklists and update due diligence files for internal teams, lenders, and buyers in a timely and organized manner.
  • Compile property data and assist in preparing packages for Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) reports and Offering Memorandums.
  • Organize, track, and maintain comprehensive transaction documentation; flag missing items and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Support the transaction closing process by coordinating deliverables and ensuring documentation readiness.
  • Assist in scheduling and communicating with third-party consultants conducting due diligence activities.
  • Update Salesforce records with transaction details, timelines, and consultant contacts.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Investment Services team on special projects and transaction-related tasks.

Building blocks for success

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate transaction coordination, project management, or a related function.
  • Familiarity with purchase & sale agreements, leases, rent rolls and property inspection reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Customer service mindset and a team player mentality.
  • Execute responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through, always demonstrating tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgement.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision, have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to ensure all established deadlines are met.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficient knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Yardi, and Peoplesoft.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with customers, peers, management, contractors and vendors.
  • Experience with property transactions, portfolio acquisitions or company mergers.

Hiring Salary Range of: $27.89 - $34.62/hour. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
