Program Supervisor (Full-Time, Onsite)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Purpose: Guide and inspire a dedicated team of Caregivers, ensuring exceptional support for every individual in our program.
• Champion Individual Success: Oversee the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs), tailoring support to help each person thrive.
• Shape Our Team: Take an active role in hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff to build a positive, collaborative environment.
• Hands-On Support: Provide direct care, from daily living assistance and medication administration to personal care and meal planning.
• Community Connector: Encourage community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings and providing transportation to work, events, and activities.
• Balance & Growth: Enjoy a dynamic role that blends direct service, program management, and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Current driver's license, reliable vehicle, registration, and insurance
• Other licensure or certification if required by regulatory authority
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for helping others and being part of something better
