We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to join our Finance Full Suite (FFS) Global Components team. This senior-level role will be responsible for the design and implementation of new or enhanced systems, features, and applications in close collaboration with the broader Technology team.
As the FFS Technology Lead, you will guide key components including Portal, Maphub, Rules Fabricator, and DataBridge and lead the efforts to modernize and update these platforms, ensuring successful integration with core ledger systems and other Citi applications.
Job Description:
Study, analyze, design, develop, test, implement and maintain JAVA/J2EE, enterprise application software. Design and develop computer systems in agile and waterfall methodology using service-oriented architecture. Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with multiple Technology teams. Develop Full stack Java applications using Spring, Java scripts, Websphere, Mybatis, TIBCO, Oracle. Evaluate different solutions, frameworks & technologies and implement the most suitable one as per business requirement. Analyze and debug application performance issues and perform periodic software upgrades.
Responsibilities:
Migrate multiple legacy monolithic application to modern frameworks like Angular and Spring boot hosted on OpenShift Docker platform. Created team strategies and established project scopes of work.< >Establish Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) practices and standards in creating APIs with JIRA, Jenkins. Analyze complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to define and develop solutions to high level problems. Preparing builds, deploy and Co-ordinate with the release management team to ensure that the proper process is followed during the release. Develop distributed cache frameworks for high performance APIs using REDIS and MongoDB. Provide expertise in area of advanced knowledge of applications programming and plan assignments involving large budgets, cross functional project, or multiple projects. Allocate tasks and serve as an advisor/coach to developers, analysts, and new team members. Influence senior leadership and manage communications with external stakeholders. Manage budgets in excess of 45M. Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards; uphold transparency in issue escalation and reporting.
Qualifications:
10+ years of finance technology experience including Java,J2EE, SPRING, Oracle, Mybatis, Hibernate, SVN, Java Scripts, SQL Developer, EXT-JS, SOAP UI, AWS, Big Data, Spark, Jenkins, Bitbucket, RTC, IntelliJ, Hadoop, Snowflake, Lambda, TIBCO, Spring boot, OpenShift Docker, WebSphere, PL/SQL, Toad, WebLogic, HTML, XML, Angular, Gradle, Maven, REST, SOAP, App Dynamics, Kibana.
Proven leadership in managing large, globally distributed teams. Experience in project implementation, systems analysis, and programming in FFS Global Components.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Portal, Maphub, Rules Fabricator, and Databridge. Strong understanding of client core business functions. Skilled in leadership, project management, and development. Adept at building relationships and driving consensus across stakeholders.
