As a Manager or Senior Manager in Business Transformation at EY, you will lead the team in delivering successful outcomes through some of New Zealand’s largest and most complex transformation projects within the Financial Services environment. Whether it's unlocking operational efficiencies or driving growth through transformation, you will have the opportunity to shape your career and make a significant impact.
We are seeking individuals with a passion for excellence, curiosity, and the drive to improve processes and outcomes. You should be a leader who thrives on challenges, possesses strategic thinking capabilities, and enjoys working closely with clients to achieve results. This role is based in Auckland.

To be considered for this role, you must have extensive hands-on experience in leading and delivering projects and programs involving business transformation, preferably within the financial services sector.

We have 1 position available. The salary range for this role is expected to be NZD 110,000 to NZD 180,000 dependent on skills and experience. This full-time role is for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
