Job Description

We're looking for a and people-focused Application Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. You will shape and supporting client engagements across our Cyber Security, Digital Transformation, and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) portfolios.

You'll work side-by-side with domain experts, sales teams, and our clients - shaping proposals, navigate legal and commercial discussions, and create successful project outcomes. If you enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and being the go-to person for shaping solutions, this might be your next move.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagement scoping sessions across Cyber, Digital, and MOM projects
• Help create winning proposals—balancing technical design, commercial structure, and client value
• Collaborate with consultants, sales, engineers, and solution architects to shape and price our offers
• Understand client drivers and desired outcomes, then tailor our solutions to match
• Contribute to commercial and legal discussions during the bid process
• Be the trusted advisor to both clients and our teams
• Guide the process from discovery to signed-off scope with clear, structured documentation
• Share lessons learned and insights across the global team
• Keep up with industry trends and help identify opportunities for our broader Rockwell portfolio

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or application engineering (bonus if in Cyber, Digital or MOM)
• Experience with proposal development—including commercial and legal considerations
• Who's comfortable with technical and business conversations
• Working with clients, from engineers to executives
• Hands-on experience in complex industrial environments (bonus if you've worked with automation, analytics, or OT cyber security)

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Experienced working as Presales Consultant
• Experienced working as Solution Architect
