Your mission: As a Career & Development Project Manager, you are an experienced and autonomous professional who will proactively participate in the design and implementation of the Partner Office project portfolio in the Human Capital / Talent Management dimension of the partnership management. You will work in coordination with the Partner Subject Matter Expert leading the Career & Development Stream of the Partner Office activities and under the formal supervision of the Head of Partner Office.

Be a part of our team where you will:

  • Maintain and develop the Project Portfolio in accordance with the approved Annual Action Plan for “Career & Development” of the Partner Office;
  • Proactively support the Career & Development Partner Office SME in various activities and projects;
  • Manage and facilitate projects with different scales in the respect of the project plan including:
  • Follow-up of the project milestones and ensure the smooth running of the process, ensure project delivery on time and within budget at expected quality level;
  • Work closely and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders (HR department, internal clients, IT, sponsors, project team members, external suppliers, etc.);
  • Ensure project’s progress and the correct allocation of resources;
  • Be responsible for submitting final project deliverables;
  • Report alerts and risks to the Career & Development Partner Office SME
  • Monitor project budget;
  • Report status and progress of projects;
  • Work with cross functional teams to design, analyze, develop, test and implement new applications and processes;
  • Support the evolution of current Human Capital tools and processes related to the Partner Officer “Career & Development” processes;
  • Participate in the reflection and implementation of new features in current Human Capital tools or processes;
  • Evaluate existing data and flow processes and propose adjustments;
  • Prioritize needs and implementation planning.

Let’s talk about you. If you …

  • Hold a Master’s degree and have 5 to 7 years of experience in project management and/or Human Resources. Experience in Project management on Human Capital topics such as HR Transformation or L&D framework set-up will be considered an asset;
  • Demonstrate great knowledge of HR operating models and practices in various HR functions (employee lifecycle, recruitment, progression and performance, L&D);
  • Possess knowledge of HRIS (current use of Workday will be considered an asset);
  • Have strong project management skills;
  • Are fluent in English. French or German will be considered an asset.
