Meritain Health’s Application Technology department is responsible for utilizing technology to create solutions that allow continued growth for Meritain Health.
The Senior Manager, Technical Healthcare Product Owner contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of Meritain’s products or services. Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of Meritain’s technical products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.
Coordinates with business teams and other key business partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and translate these into product requirements.
Coordinates with talented technical partners from engineering, data science, user design, and architecture teams in a fast-paced, agile development process to successfully enhance the company's competitive advantage in the industry.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
