About the Team & Business Line

As a core member of our Tech Ops Application Support IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role

• You will perform troubleshooting of application and server processes, with some data analytics, and communicate with users
• You will analyse, support, and maintain strategic bespoke business platforms in a hybrid hosting environment, across AWS Cloud and on-prem
• You will provide engineering support of functional and performance issues on a range of applications
• You will prepare changes, scripting, monitor and schedule updates to optimize operations
• You will conduct performance analysis and tuning in of application servers, database tiers and infrastructure
• You will participate and collaborate across multi-functional groups in the operational support model
• You will participate in the Operational Excellence strategy, including strategic monitoring and process improvements

About You:

• You have a Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• You have 3+ years’ experience in Enterprise Application Administration and Support, that may include:
  • Unix/Windows Servers navigation and scripting
  • Windows Desktop/User session navigation
  • Oracle/SQL/Postgres DB familiarity and query building
  • Familiarity with Confluence & JIRA
• Beneficial, if you have experience on PING Identity and understanding of IAM concepts, such as authentication, authorization, SSO
• 3+ years’ experience with support and tuning distributed enterprise applications, such as Java & Python
• Experience supporting and operating Cloud environments, e.g., AWS
• You have a good level of attention to detail, customer-focused, flexible, and comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced global environment
