Job Summary:
The Manger, HRIS - Solutions is responsible for management of our dynamic HRIS solutions team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR system requirements for our organization. The manager will lead the charge in providing outstanding customer service to team members across multiple functions. As a key member of our HR Technology team this role is responsible for optimizing HR processes through technology solutions. This position works as a key member of the Corporate Human Resources Team.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Supervise and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence and continuous learning
- Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing training and development to ensure team readiness and performance
Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Support converting priorities of the business into system solutions aligning with the overarching organizational values and HR strategies
- Partner closely with key stakeholders in HR, Finance, IT, and others to ensure proper system design and configuration in alignment with business objectives
- Support projects and process improvements to represent HR technology needs across the organization
- Promote accountability and operational rigor to enhance service delivery outcomes across the organization.
Systems Implementation & Optimization:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including managing user access, security, and change requests
- Conduct and participate in the analysis of workflows and design of functionality and/or improvements to systems, ensuring both process and system requirements are fully identified, evaluated, tested, and implemented
- Identify system risks or opportunities and recommend changes to processes or configuration to improve the delivery of HR services to the organization
- Remain informed of system functionality and updates, interpreting and applying best practice to meet unique business needs
- Evaluate existing HR tools and processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or enhancement.
- Recommend and implement system improvements or new technologies aligned with best practices and business needs.
- Serve as a liaison between HR and technology vendors to streamline system integrations and user experiences.
Change Enablement & Training:
- Design and deliver enablement resources, training materials, and communications to support new processes and technologies.
- Drive technology adoption by creating user-friendly experiences and self-service tools.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement:
- Act a lead on HR projects that improve operational capabilities and employee support models
- Write test scripts, perform UAT (user acceptance testing), and provide recommendations for ongoing process improvement
- Analyze system-related issues and develop scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
Data Integrity & Governance:
- Ensure HRIS systems comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as data privacy and labor laws
- Establish and ensure adherence to data governance standards

Requirements:
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Exceptional communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive process improvements and automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Ability to positively interact with all levels
- Ability to work independently, while also being able to contribute to a collaborative environment and provide and take direction
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to lead and develop team and influence others
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, quality work
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field - or recognized equivalent in education and experience, required
- 5+ years of Workday HCM experience or current certification in Workday required
- 3+ years of leadership experience required
- Experience with domestic and international HRIS management
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data governance best practices
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
