西门子机电科技（江苏）有限公司招聘一名质量监督工程师，负责电机生产过程质量相关工作。该职位的核心职责是生产过程质量管理，为产品的稳定交付保驾护航。

• 主导或协助其他部门和车间对生产过程中产生的不良问题进行统计、分析、改进和追踪
• 主导或协助其他部门的项目工作有序的开展，并对质量改进项目进行跟踪确认

期待你具备的技能和胜任力：

• 机械相关专业本科或以上学历
• 能够使用基本检验工具和有电机生产质量管理的经验者优先
• 熟练使用质量相关工具（例如8D/A3/QC手法/FEMA/6sigma等）
• 了解相关的质量管理体系
• 有一定的质量管理经验
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力
• 能熟练使用word、excel、PPT等办公软件
• 良好的英语读写能力

We are currently recruiting a Quality Supervision Engineer for Siemens Digital Industries, DI, Siemens Motion Control Motors JiangSu Ltd. (SMCM), responsible for quality in the motor production process. The core responsibility of this position is quality management in the production process to ensure the stable delivery of products.

What are my responsibilities?

• Lead or coordinate other departments and workshops to improve the production quality, including collecting defect issue, analysis and tracking.
• Lead or coordinate other department’s project and tracking the quality improvement project.
• Work out and update process quality documentation.
• Regular internal audit for production process.
• Sense of continually improvement

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Major in Mechanical or related, bachelor or above degree
• Be familiar with the quality related tools (e.g. 8D, A3, QC method, FEMA, 6sigma etc.)
• Know quality related management system
• Can use basic quality inspection tools and have motor quality management working experience will be preferred
• Have quality management working experience
• With good communication and coordination skills
• Be proficient in using office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Basic English in writing and speaking
