Job Overview

The Program Management Leader for the Intuit PM Community will be responsible for driving transformational change across Intuit through the execution of strategic projects and programs. In this role, you will accelerate the enablement of strategic initiatives that elevate Intuit’s product management capabilities and community. In addition, you will lead early career programs that support PM Community initiatives: Rotational Product Management (RPM) program, PM Intern program, and internal mobility into PM program.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with PM Community Leader and VP Board to align and enable PM Leaders on delivering experiences to elevate the product management community, including acquiring top talent, mobility programs, skills development, and engagement in community.
  • Lead the PM Community Steering Committee team in process and prioritization to deliver initiatives that increase PM Community metrics.
  • Lead Rotational Product Management (RPM) program for early career talent. Role includes delivering and optimizing the following program experiences: rotation staffing, keeping incoming cohorts engaged and informed, onboarding training, ongoing coaching of RPM and managers, ongoing training and community events, gathering and sharing program metrics, managing program budget.
  • Lead Aspiring Product Manager (APM) program for internal mobility. Role includes defining and delivering the following program experiences: forming an engaged community, providing relevant training opportunities, developing a program for experiencing product management roles hands-on, partnering with recruiting to smooth or clarify the paths to internal mobility.
  • Lead Product Management Intern program. Role includes delivering and optimizing the following program experiences: project staffing, onboarding training, ongoing community and training events, ongoing coaching of interns and managers, skill assessment, partnering with recruiting and managers on offer recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in driving organizational change
  • Bias for action and track record of driving organizational change
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, specifically focused on early career programs
  • Strong planning & delivery experience, including experience rolling out new processes across large organizations
  • Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations
  • High attention to detail, strong program management background, and proven ability to work successfully in a cross-functional environment
  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for leadership-level audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria
