What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong clinical background in a healthcare setting (3-5 years), bedside patient care experience preferred
  • For Analyst II roles, minimum 2 years of experience in clinical or healthcare informatics
  • Licensed clinical professional in Louisiana (e.g., RN, Radiology Tech, or Respiratory Tech); Registered Nurse required
  • Skilled in identifying and resolving clinical system issues
  • Experience with personal computers (2-3 years); PC hardware troubleshooting a plus
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across clinical and technical teams

What You Will Do:

Support the planning, development, training, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of clinical information systems across the hospital network. Act as a liaison between the Information Systems Department and Patient Care Areas to ensure the effective operation of clinical applications.

  • Educate and support clinical staff on clinical applications and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with departments to assess, plan, and communicate application enhancements
  • Maintain application master files and tables
  • Participate in program evaluation, testing, and implementation processes
  • Help establish secure, real-world use-based application protocols
  • Stay current on healthcare IT developments and technologies
  • Provide cross-training and documentation to support team effectiveness
  • Perform other duties as assigned
