As part of the Ecosystem Department, our mission is to manage the entire environment that enables the building and operation of infrastructures and services. From Data Centers to Digitalization and Data AI skills, we oversee Security, Vendor Management, IT Asset Management, Admin Zone, and Monitoring Systems. Our team is at the heart of ensuring seamless operations and innovation, driving the success of our organization.
Your missions:
- Manage technical projects effectively in both matrix and hierarchical organizational structures.
- Oversee the roll-out, release management, and migrations of tools and software, ensuring seamless implementation and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers, engineering, and implementation teams ..etc. to drive project success.
- Integrate and use capacity management, cost-effectiveness and efficient operations techniques.
- Lead proactive and corrective action plans to address challenges and optimize performance.
- Manage transversal projects integrating multiple technologies involving multiple engineering teams harmonizing delivery and increasing value.
- Ensure projects are completed to specification, within established timeframes, and aligned with organizational goals and budget.
- Actively participate in SAFe trains within Development value streams, contributing to portfolios that drive innovation and deliver value across the organization.
about you
Skill profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe, or Waterfall).
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Agilist is appreciated.
- Expertise in IT technologies; familiarity with VMware virtualization is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align multiple parties.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English is required; French is a plus.
