Reports to: Customer Development Manager (CDM)

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Customer Development Analyst to strengthen our team in Nordhavn.

What you will achieve

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data from our various customers and find insights that can make a business difference.
  • System Savvy: Navigate effortlessly in Google Programs, SAP, and GS1 – and become our go-to person for system questions.
  • Campaign Coordination: Planning and execution of campaigns including forecasting so our products are always available to customers.
  • Customer Support: Help our customers with various questions, product creation, and much more.
  • Price Responsibility: Handle price lists and ensure that all prices are correctly updated in SAP.

In addition, you will be an important support for our Field Sales team, CDMs, and actively participate in our Customer Planning & Monthly Discipline.

Field Sales Support

  • Preparation of sales meetings - delivery of samples/materials.
  • Local resource for field sales regarding setup and troubleshooting for PC, iPhone, and iPad.
  • Update our field sales system C4C (Products, Surveys, Store Change, etc.).

CDM Support

  • Support CDMs in achieving budgeted KPIs through delivery of ad hoc requests and ongoing analyses.
  • Invoice handling.
  • Customer-related questions.
  • Assist with POS data reports.
  • General ongoing assistance to CDMs.

Customer Planning & Monthly Discipline

  • Drive interdisciplinary support for the planning process internally and with customer commercial teams.
  • Manage planning and execution of customer volume.
  • Work with CDMs to ensure customer financial results.
  • Coordination of SKU transitions, including planning new/changed price lists and executions with customers.

Who are you?

A highly customer-oriented & proactive person with strong analytical skills.

  • Analytically strong: You love numbers and data, and you can translate them into action.
  • System-minded: You are not afraid of new systems, and you learn quickly (thorough training in various systems).
  • Strong communication skills: You are good at talking to people, both internally and externally.
  • Proactive: You take responsibility and find solutions to problems.
  • Detail-oriented: Good numerical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Team player: You work well with others and contribute positively to the team.
  • Language: You are fluent in Danish and English.
  • Education: Minimum a short cycle higher education or a bachelor's degree in business/communication or finance.
