You will be The Test Engineer Asc Manager. This position is the technical leadership role for the Production Test Engineering team that supports the Orlando Microelectronics Center (MEC) and Sensor Integration and Test Center(SITC).

This role includes managing a team of microelectronic and sensor system (RF, Laser, Electro-Optic, IR) production test engineers in support of and managing skilled electronics test specialists including training, troubleshooting, test, and design with focuses on improvements in yield, throughput, producibility, and repeatability. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
