Student Part-Time: Recruitment Support

What you´ll do

  • Supporting Recruitment Partners with daily tasks such as job postings, CV screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling
  • Managing the recruitment process for part-time student positions under the supervision of the respective Recruitment Partner
  • Actively sourcing candidates through external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Profesia)
  • Communicating regularly with hiring managers and candidates
  • Performing administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including working with internal HR tools, Excel, and external job boards

What makes you a good fit

  • Preferably a university student entering the 4th year of study
  • Fluent Slovak and advanced English (both written and spoken)
  • Previous work experience in Recruitment or or other HR field
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, polite and friendly attitude
  • Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and not afraid of new challenges

Minimum salary: 6 EUR/hour gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
