Position Summary

CVS Media Exchange (CMX) is transforming how brands connect with consumers across our physical and digital footprint. With rich first-party data and full-funnel advertising solutions, CMX enables brands to reach customers with precision—and measure results with confidence.

We’re seeking a Head of Measurement & Insights Product to lead the development and evolution of CMX’s omni-channel measurement capabilities. This role is critical to shaping how we quantify media value—delivering meaningful metrics like ROAS, incrementality, attention, and conversion to help our advertisers understand and grow their impact.

This is a high-impact, product leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, media, and business outcomes. You’ll own the product vision and roadmap for measurement, and lead a cross-functional team to scale our capabilities into a future-ready platform.

As we advance, this role will also drive our evolution toward Insights as a Service—turning raw measurement into strategic, real-time intelligence that empowers internal and external teams to act faster and smarter

What You’ll Lead

Product Leadership: Vision & Strategy

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end vision for CMX’s measurement platform and data products.
  • Build and drive the roadmap that delivers enterprise-scale measurement and analytics tools—empowering internal teams and enabling external client use.
  • Translate complex advertiser needs into actionable product capabilities (e.g., brand lift, MMM/ATC integrations, sales attribution, incrementality).
  • Integrate audience, media, and commerce data to develop full-funnel measurement (e.g., ROAS, attention, brand lift, incrementality, MMM, MTA).
  • Lead end-to-end product development, from opportunity discovery to requirements definition, technical architecture, development, and launch.

Platform & Data Architecture

  • Guide the buildout of a scalable measurement architecture and data foundation across cloud/on-prem environments (GCP preferred). Build a modular insights engine that allows teams across CVS and advertiser clients to self-serve high-quality, decision-ready data.
  • Guide the architecture of data pipelines, APIs, visualization layers, and reporting tools that turn data into productized insights.
  • Oversee data transformation layers to ensure data quality, governance, enrichment, and readiness for client-facing dashboards and APIs.
  • Lead strategy around Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) and insights APIs, powering internal dashboards and client-facing portals.

Team & Leadership

  • Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, analysts, data scientists, and engineers to build measurement and analytics solutions.
  • Foster a high-performance team culture rooted in experimentation, velocity, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion measurement as a revenue driver—translating insights into business growth.
  • Develop and manage OKRs that track product performance, advertiser outcomes, and platform reliability.

Internal & External Partnership

  • Collaborate deeply with analytics, ad operations, engineering, media, and platform partners to ensure seamless delivery of measurement and insights products.
  • Evaluate build vs. buy opportunities with third-party vendors for advanced attribution, brand lift, and forecasting tools.
