Job Summary
XUMO is looking for an experienced & driven Senior Data Analyst to join our team. Reporting directly to the Analytics Director, this role is pivotal in delivering impactful, data-informed insights across our core business areas—including Xumo Stream Box, Xumo TV, and the Xumo Play App.
As a Senior Analyst, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in Business Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to uncover trends, evaluate KPIs, and translate complex data into actionable strategies. Responsibilities include measuring the impact of new products and features, optimizing business processes through A/B testing, and segmenting customers to uncover opportunities for differentiated engagement. This role will also include performing deep-dive analyses to identify drivers of key business trends, and developing frameworks to support upsell initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a deep expertise in the analytics discipline, independently prioritizes work, and serves as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues.

Compensation
Primary Location Pay Range: $87,174.77 - $130,762.15
