The Position

1. 治疗领域院外策略制定

了解并分析政策和行业变化趋势,结合公司短中长期业务愿景和策略,探寻新的业务结合机会

根据各个治疗领域疾病规范化诊疗目标、公司产品管线定位、患者未被满足的需求,驱动客户资源合力和价值共建,形成并迭代各领域更广、更深和更强策略和患者解决方案,驱动业务持续增长。

结合业务目标和客户需求,迭代升级,对整体业务策略提供洞见

2. 业务共识与结果转化

所负责领域,与CE各治疗领域达成关键业务院外目标共识;

定期复盘进展,确保新业极各领域的业务转化达成;

3. 院外大客户管理

定期进行客户业务回顾和目标共识,并根据区域客户管理特性,协调内外部资源,促进院外大客户业务产出。

4. 内外部资源融动

寻求跨部门和内外部合作伙伴协作,最大化的生态资源整合,确保院外新业极工作顺利开展

对患者、DTP、医院的价值转化,并不断形成新业极在医疗体系和患者获益端的影响力

5. 项目管理

项目有效设计和执行,同时结合客户特点设计符合区域市场的创新项目最大化支持新业极业务的发展;通过项目合作过程中的的业务分析,及时发现成功经验/障碍因素,调整活动策略,最大化投入产出比,推动业务持续向前发展

6. 其他相关工作

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

本科及以上

Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力

较强的业务数据敏感度和学习能力

优秀的团队合作精神

出色的沟通、计划、组织和问题解决能力

有医药行业市场推广、准入、商务管理等相关岗位工作经验优先
