???? What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the Digital division of Ria; from engaging and attracting candidates to managing the offer process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the company's technology needs and business goals in order to develop a clear understanding of the required skills and qualifications.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
- Use job boards, professional networks, and other specialized recruitment platforms to find and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talented candidates to meet future hiring needs and support the company's ongoing digital transformation efforts.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to job offer, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
- Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice for digital professionals by highlighting its culture, growth opportunities, and values.
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally focused on digital/tech roles. Bonus points if you've recruited internationally.
- At least 2 years of hands-on sourcing experience — you know how to find great people using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and more.
- You’ve worked with ATS platforms like Oracle Cloud or Jobvite, and you know how to use social media to find top talent.
- You’re proactive, fast-moving, and know how to keep things confidential.
- You follow through, care about quality, and give hiring teams and candidates a great experience from start to finish.
- You’re great at juggling tasks, organizing priorities, and staying on top of deadlines.
- You’re a clear communicator — in writing and in conversation in Spanish and English
- Comfortable with tools like Excel and Microsoft Office.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we care more about your skills and drive.
- You’re self-driven, independent, and don’t need micromanaging to do an awesome job.
