Your role and responsibilities

In this role, The manager is the custodian of IAM processes, taxonomy, and data, transforming them into actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen control effectiveness, and ensure regulatory compliance. The position includes ownership of IAM dashboards, defining KPIs and KVIs, and delivering insights that support performance and maturity. It also encompasses cross-domain process ownership (IGA, PAM, AM, CIAM) and close collaboration with service owners to ensure IAM processes and controls are consistently embedded, auditable, and continuously improved.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Owns and maintains end-to-end IAM process governance across IGA, PAM, AM, and CIAM, ensuring consistency, auditability, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Stewards the maturation of the IAM taxonomy and alignment with enterprise architecture and identity fabric principles.
• Facilitates the design, documentation, and improvement of scalable IAM processes in close collaboration with architects ,service owners, and risk/compliance teams.
• Drives context-aware IAM data management to ensure integrity, clarity, and cross-system alignment of identity attributes and access definitions.
• Embedding continuous improvement loops using stakeholder feedback, metrics, and audit results to evolve IAM processes.
• Develops and maintains dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide real-time insights into IAM health, control posture, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Over 12 - 15 years of working experience, with a minimum of 5 years in IAM domain.
• Strong IAM functional knowledge and hands on experience in IAM implementation
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a matrixed or cross-functional environment (formal or informal leadership).
• Good to have ITIL4 Foundation.
• Preferred to have CISA, CISSP, CIAM, or equivalent IAM/data governance certifications.
