Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Student Worker, where you will play a vital role in supporting our in-house Talent Acquisition partners, contributing to daily operations and ongoing projects. Envision preparing engaging presentations, crafting communication materials, and generating customized reports – all aimed at enhancing our recruitment process and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will gain first-hand exposure to a global Talent Acquisition organization and assist hiring managers in Denmark and beyond.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Supporting TA Partners with various tasks, including coordinating recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
• Preparing presentations and communication content to support TA activities and internal information sharing.
• Generating tailored reports and providing data insights to enhance recruitment strategies, planning, and follow-up.
• Assisting Hiring Managers both in Denmark and internationally, including the effective use of our recruitment tools and support materials.
• Helping organize and participate in job fairs, other talent attraction events, and hiring manager training sessions.
• Supporting our in-house TA Partners with various ad hoc tasks as needed.

What You Bring

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Denmark, focusing on human resources, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• A proactive approach to contacting managers and colleagues to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Strong analytical thinking and confidence in using Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint to process data, map processes and create engaging presentations.
• An operational approach with a willingness to supply innovative ideas to enhance Talents Acquisition initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, combined with proficiency in both Danish and English, that enable effective collaboration with various stakeholders and allow you to communicate confidently and professionally.
• You challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results by using your high level of professional competency, desire for skill development, and collaboration abilities to navigate different cultural contexts while maintaining a results-oriented, customer-focused approach.

We support hiring managers across multiple countries and business areas, and we’re passionate about making recruitment processes as efficient as possible while delivering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
