Overview

Join FMC as the EMEA Fungicide Portfolio Manager, where you will lead the strategic direction, marketing, and lifecycle management of a diverse portfolio of commercial and pipeline fungicide products. In this role, you will drive regional growth, align with global strategies, and deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional product strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, R&D, and Legal
• Act as the primary contact for all portfolio-related matters, maintaining high-level knowledge of commercial, regulatory, and operational aspects
• Optimise financial performance through pricing strategies, lifecycle planning, and competitive product positioning
• Partner with Global Asset Managers to ensure alignment between global direction and regional plans
• Support third-party negotiations related to product access, tech transfers, or finished goods
• Provide strategic input to R&D and Regulatory teams, helping to shape future development based on market needs
• Lead product stewardship and sustainability planning across the portfolio
• Track competitor activity and regulatory developments to guide adaptive strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field; MBA or M.S. preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in crop protection
• Knowledge of fungicide active ingredients a strong advantage
• Experience in marketing strategy development and execution
• Strong leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent presentation abilities
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
