• Coordination of all procurement interfaces involved in a project
  • Timely procurement of all material and service requirements according to the specific project needs, including order processing, reporting and masater data management
  • Purchasing of direct, indirect materials and services on national and international markets
  • Control of the creation of project-specific and framework procurement contracts with the integration of all interfaces and consideration of the multi-project view
  • Execution of tenders, supplier selection, supplier management
  • Systematic development of cost reduction potentials and synergies and improvement projects
  • Execution of deadline tracking incl. claiming (e.g. offer binding deadlines, deliveries, order confirmations, certificates)
  • Processing of claims (notification of defects, documentation in specified tools, coordination with interface partners and suppliers)
  • Proactive analysis of critical procurement transactions and initiation of countermeasures
  • Completed technical bachelor's degree or comparable qualification, or technical vocational education with many years of relevant professional experience
  • 2-3 years of professional experience as a purchaser in the relevant field and industry (defence, electronic industry, automotive, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of contract law is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP, and business administration
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Hungarian, German is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel abroad occasionally on business
