Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking an experienced and motivated EHS Systems & Data Analyst to join our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing, analyzing, and improving EHS data systems to ensure accuracy and reliability for compliance, sustainability, and decision-making. Using tools like Power BI and advanced analytics, you’ll develop insights that drive process improvement and long-term goals. This role is based in Wichita, KS, however, remote work options are available. VISA Sponsorship is not available.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze EHS data to support compliance, decision-making, and stewardship initiatives.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and implement data solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy across EHS systems.
  • Optimize EHS systems like Enablon and Risk Managements Systems.
  • Train team members on using data tools and systems effectively.
  • Identify process improvements for data management.
  • Support integration and reporting within Procore for EHS-related projects.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience with Power BI and data modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing data and applying analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience collaborating and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using systems thinking to generate insight into EHS risks and opportunities through data visualization and analysis

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, EHS, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Experience with EHS systems (e.g., Velocity EHS, Enablon, Procore)
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or related languages.
  • Data analytics certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Velocity EHS and Procore will give candidates an advantage.
