THE ROLE:

We are in search of an experienced program manager with strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills. This role requires the ability to work efficiently and foster strong, effective relationships within a cross-functional /cross-global site organization to ensure the successful launch of customer programs. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, capable of navigating complex and dynamic ecosystems, and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

THE PERSON:

As a Program Manager you will partner with our cross functional teams to manage customer accounts and their portfolio, understand our customers platforms/solutions. Identify and document customer requirements and establish engineering schedules. Drive AMD product solution deliverables and aligns with customers’ platforms to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout their product lifecycle.

This position requires the candidate with good interpersonal & communication skills, meticulous and capable of working independently and/or other functional groups to provide solutions or workaround to quickly mitigate the production risk. It is highly required the knowledge of semi-conductors testing and must be proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive/Manage program schedule development and execute tactical plans to support Product Development
• Interface & communicate with cross-functional groups for full alignment, reporting and drive improvements
• Coordinate to qualify production test solutions for production capacity installation at OSAT
• Provide engineering support to production control and OSAT
• Lead / participate in teams and task forces to resolve production issues
• Standardize/enhance processes to effectively drive execution within the team and external teams
• Manage Product Life Cycle management phase gate review

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering, preferably with >7 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience and effective in Project Management and Program Management
• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective management of revision control and change processes
• Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling program
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, adept at adapting to frequent changes and accommodating last-minute requests
• General knowledge in IC technologies, fabrication, customer process and application
• General understanding of all phases of manufacturing / operations
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Independent, resourceful and proactive

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent field. Master’s degree is preferred.
