We are looking for a Product Owner - Salesforce (x|w|m) for the IT Software Development & Innovations department.
In this role, you will shape the future of the global Salesforce CRM system by developing an innovative product roadmap and acting as a central interface between business departments and the development team to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
The job is full-time, remotely on a daily basis as well as on-site at our location in Madrid.

- Developing a global Salesforce CRM product roadmap in close coordination with the relevant departments is a key responsibility
- Leading, advising, and supporting stakeholders in the implementation of business requirements into user stories is essential
- Coordinating the technical feasibility of features with the development team is crucial
- Responsibility for budget-friendly planning of releases, quality controls, and final acceptances is expected
- Acting as a sparring partner and interface between the specialist departments and the development team is vital
- Managing external agencies and service providers is part of the role
- Tracking industry and technology trends and evaluating innovations rounds off the area of responsibility
What will convince us
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, computer science or a similar discipline
- This is complemented by a proven track record in the design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud CRM systems
- We require technical expertise in evaluating requirements and their feasibility in line with existing Salesforce CRM best practice standards
- Experience in working with mobile Salesforce applications applications
- You have a sound understanding of (field service) and/or service processes
- Proven project experience in agile development projects and in the use of collaboration tools such as JIRA or Confluence
- A strong analytical mindset as well as a conceptual way of working and intercultural experience characterize you
- Fluent English skills round off your profile
