Job Summary: As a Global Readiness and Service Projects Lead within the COS Transformation and Program Execution team, you will support transformation initiatives across the Service organization, focusing on Navigator deployments. You will partner with Navigator Product to ensure functionalities meet business requirements and lead the development and execution of service readiness plans. Your role involves representing the Client Onboarding & Service (COS) Solution Center organization in new product initiatives, coordinating change management, and communicating awareness across all levels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Navigator Release Readiness for COS Service Teams, ensuring smooth transitions and representation in production validation testing.
  • Participate in tech epic demos and feature sessions, providing feedback and representing the Service organization in Go / No Go calls.
  • Review and sign-off Business Readiness communications for Release Enhancements, coordinating with businesses for monthly feature releases.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Service Readiness plans, crafting strategies for changes impacting people, processes, and systems.
  • Apply structured approaches for client or employee-impacting changes, including communication and training plans.
  • Engage in the Project Lifecycle to capture required actions and potential impacts, identifying and managing readiness issues and risks.
  • Collaborate with departments to complete operational readiness tasks, facilitating touch points for consistent implementation.
  • Align readiness activities with the product/service roadmap, conducting After Action Reviews to refine activities and share best practices.
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track change adoption, establishing project milestones and reporting status to stakeholders.
  • Provide change management expertise to the Management team, advising Project Leads for successful readiness activities.
  • Advocate for Service Readiness, ensuring procedures are in place for monthly feature releases and supporting execution of readiness activities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Demonstrated project management skills for small or large scale projects.
  • Working knowledge of Treasury Products or Cash Management Services.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Ability to structure and scope complex problems and develop solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment and maintain discretion with confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using SharePoint, InfoPath, Designer, or related project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in using Confluence, Workfront, or Monday.com is desired.
