NOTE: This position is required to work ON-SITE daily in the Seattle office.

Storm Reply is an AWS Premier Consulting Partner and the specialist for professional cloud computing services in the Reply network. Through consolidated expertise and many years of experience in the creation and management of Data and Analytics solutions, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS), Storm Reply supports global clients in the implementation of cloud-based systems and applications. At Storm Reply, we are seeking an extraordinary customer-obsessed talent to join our consulting team with a strong background on the AWS background. The requirement is for an experienced individual in leading teams building cloud-based software solutions and helping to build a product.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on delivering business outcomes as a Consultant and ensure our clients achieve their objectives
  • Display excellent communication and leadership skills across the board
  • Showcase a deep technical understanding of architecting, building, and deploying native solutions on AWS
  • Demonstrate experience with full stack development, both front-end and back-end with deep expertise in one or more elements of the stack
  • Act as a team lead or a product owner working with cross-functional teams in a highly innovative environment
  • Must regularly be onsite with the client in Seattle, and travel if necessary

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5 years of architecting, designing, and building software solutions on the AWS platform with a minimum of 2 engagements or projects in a lead or product owner role.
  • AWS Certification, ideally AWS Certified Solutions Architect and/or specialty badges related to software development
  • Experience implementing CI/CD processes with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of continuous integration and continuous delivery
  • Experience managing and curating a product backlog

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $130,000 to $180,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
