You Are:

UST is searching for an ETL Tester who will analyze and review business requirements (or user stories) and rules and determine the project scope, effort estimation, timeline and QA strategy.

The opportunity:

• Test and ensure quality delivery of end-to-end business solutions
• Interprets business requirements and produces information objects to support those requirements.
• Implements changes consistent with business requirements and establish time schedules.
• Creates and maintains appropriate documentation — designs and implementation standards.
• Develop and maintain test plans, manual and automated test scripts for Functional Testing, Black Box Testing. Data Validation — Testing Types System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing for SDLC Models of Waterfall & Agile.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

• 6 – 8 yrs of ETL Testing experience with dimensionally modeled DB.
• Experience in testing with IBM DB2, Ab initio (ETL)
• Experience in Test Automation platforms like Query Surge, iceDQ etc.
• Minimum 3 to 4 Years of hands-on experience with the following:
• Testing Ab initio code
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and fix defects
• Create test cases based on test requirements
• Execute test cases
• Strong SQL/QUERY skill is critical
• Demonstrated experience interacting with all levels of technical and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear and testable.
• Must possess excellent background on Front end and backend testing, testing methodologies and processes in both an Agile and Waterfall development models.
• Nice to have:
• Experience with working on DB2 and Postgres Databases
• Experience working with PHI & PII and sensitive data
• Knowledge about business intelligence / analytics / tool experience – Cognos/Tableau
• Knowledge about medical and Rx claims processing, healthcare enrollments and providers
• Knowledge and understanding of security standards
• Qualification: Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or similar technologies
• Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar technologies.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $69,000-$105,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
