Your role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead to join our CRM team in Pune India. This role involves a blend of functional responsibilities along with technical deliveries. The ideal candidate will be a people person, a culture carrier, and skilled at managing senior stakeholders.

  • leadership and ownership for the successful execution of the tech delivery: agreed scope on effort, time and quality
  • being a trusted partner for business and sponsors, is well aligned with all business and IT stakeholder
  • able to analyze and propose a solution approach considering aspects like delivery risk, sustainable solution design, cost efficiency as well as time to market
  • provides the initiative plan and regular updates as needed (deadlines, milestones, delivery, requested and planned resources etc.)
  • profound knowledge of the IT system landscape, delivery models and proven track record
  • where appropriate: Organizes and leads the initiative team (i.e. plans and manages allocated resources, shapes priorities, coordinates interactions with customers and users and keeps the initiative team focused)

You’ll be working in the WMA CRM crew focusing on building applications which are used by financial advisors. Your expertise

  • strong technical skills with proven record of delivering high performing and highly available transaction oriented applications
  • ideally 15+ years hands on experience in Java / Spring etc., with proficiency as a Full stack or Back end services or UI
  • UI development experience in React / Angular is a plus
  • exposure to Messaging and Integration patterns are essential - Kafka / MQ / Camel etc.
  • exposure to Financial Services domain, including CRM platform
  • experience in Azure / AKS cloud is required
  • experience demonstrating full ownership and handling all stake holders including technical support
