JOB SUMMARY
The Benefits team is responsible for the overall strategy, design, and management of benefits and resources to attract, retain, and develop top talent. The Senior Manager, Benefits Admin & Absence Management Operations is a key member of the Benefits leadership team, focusing on Marriott’s Health & Welfare Absence Management Operations – including the full range of time off programs – as well as other benefit functions and ancillary benefit programs. This role will primarily lead the operational aspects of the company’s leave and time off programs with the management of complex structures and program designs, and update maintenance tables and ensure system configurations are developed and implemented in alignment with business requirements and expectations to administer the leave programs.
Additionally, the role will also provide support to other benefit programs as needed.

The salary range for this position is $108,300 to $173,400 annually.
