主导策划罗氏与领先电商平台、互联网医疗平台的战略合作，以及拓展多元的生态合作伙伴，加强多形态生态体系的合作与协同，设计并落地创新商业模式，加速罗氏数智化生态医疗布局，助力实现提升患者体验、扩大品牌影响力和驱动业务增长。

您的机会：

战略设计与规划

• 分析中国数字健康与电商行业趋势，识别与罗氏治疗领域匹配的创新合作机会。
• 制定年度渠道合作策略、目标及评估框架，纳入公司整体业务规划。

项目全周期管理

• 主导与头部平台的商务谈判、协议签署及关系维护，建立长期战略伙伴关系。
• 设计生态衔接和生态融合的创新方案，推动项目落地与规模化。

跨部门协同与资源整合

• 联动公司业务部门和相关支持部门，协调内外部资源，将渠道创新与产品策略结合，搭建创新试点平台，推动项目从概念验证到全国推广的快速迭代，支持核心产品增长目标。
• 监测医药流通领域政策变化及新兴渠道趋势，输出针对性分析，为管理层制定渠道战略提供决策支持。

创新试点与生态拓展

• 探索新兴渠道模式，推动0→1 创新项目孵化。
• 识别与不同生态伙伴的互补点，探索将罗氏优势无缝整合到生态伙伴的平台中，构思解决
• 医疗系统痛点的综合性解决方案。
• 关注政策动向，预判风险并制定应对方案。

我们期待您：

• 本科及以上学历
• 有头部药企与互联网医疗企业以及商保企业的合作项目落地经验者优先
• 精通中国数字健康生态，熟悉平台运营规则、数据工具及合作模式
• 出色的商务谈判与资源整合能力，具备从0 到1 搭建合作框架的成功案例
