Your role

We are looking for a new team member who can support us with the following tasks:

• control and process customer documents according to applicable internal and external regulations
• enter customer data into various systems and verify its accuracy
• support front-office staff in managing new openings and maintaining customer relationships
• perform client integration activities such as remediation and clean-ups

Your expertise

• flexibility, developed team spirit, and willingness to adapt your working hours to the needs of the team
• ability to handle stress under challenging circumstances
• proactive, successful person with a positive spirit
• bilingual in German/French (or proficient in one of these languages in both spoken and written form); good knowledge of English and/or Italian is an advantage
• proficiency in basic computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
